How Do You Maximise My Properties Rental Income?

Upon booking a meeting, we'll go through a series of questions to better understand what you are looking for, alongside the potential routes your property could go to maximise rental yields.

Our expert division managers will input their expertise into your investment property, giving you ability to make an informed decision.

Once the division has been made, we'll seamlessly start the vetting process for tenants (bathlettings) or the staging process for guests (bathbnbs), and have your property cash flowing within 1 month, or else we'll pay you the rent until it is filled! Yes that is correct.

How Does Serviced Accommodation Work? Isn't It Subletting?

Subletting is illegal. This occurs when a 'tenant' under an 'AST' contract, then allows another dweller to occupy the premise with another 'AST' contract. In serviced accommodation, we employ a 'management contract' between the landlord and Bathbnbs limited. This allows allows Bathbnbs limited to utilise the property for shorter term contracts with our working professional clientele.

If the landlord decides on this option, the Bathbnbs team employ a scrutinise vetting process free of charge to understand if the premise is viable. This involves but is not limited too, ensuring the 'headlease' allows serviced accommodation (if a leasehold property), alongside having our brokers check the 'building insurance' to make sure our landlord property is covered.

Once the premise is confirmed, we'll send across our management agreement for e-signature and be able to:
